To connect internet from your Phone to mackintosh, First you need to disable SIP
Go to Recovery at startup and via Utilities and then Terminal, use these commands.

csrutil disable

Then login to macOS and

sudo mount -uw /

Then install Horndis package
HORNDIS

and restart, and enable csrutil now and login to macOS and now you have internet via your phone on your Mac.
